The Application Process
Appointment to F2 Programmes
Successful applicants are appointed to a two-year programme, with no need for matching to an F2 programme via a selection process during F1. Trainees may be required to move trust between the two years. You can find reviews from junior doctors, GMC results and more essential information about your chosen deanery here.

Linked Applications
Every foundation school honours linked applications so that linked applicants are allocated to the same foundation school. Others (often the larger schools) will honour them further, ensuring applicants are allocated programmes within a certain distance of each other. East Anglia Foundation School do not honour linked applications at a programme level.
